Poster Display Dates
All posters will be on display on both Friday 29th June and Saturday 30th June. Presenters must be at their posters at the poster viewing times on both Friday 29th June (12:30-13:30) and on Saturday 30th June (12:30-13:30).
Set Up and Removal Times
Posters must be set up between 08:00-09:00 on Friday 29th June. Materials to affix your poster will be provided.
Posters can only be taken down between 17:00-18:00 on Saturday 30th June. The Congress will not be held responsible for any posters that are left behind.
Location of the Poster Area
Posters will be on display in the Negara Room close to the Hotel lobby.
Poster Board Size
The maximum available dimensions of the portrait poster board are 240cm in height x 95cm in width.
P Number
All poster presenters will receive their P number (poster number) by mid May. This number will be used onsite for your poster board number and also is the reference number for where your abstract can be found in the Congress Abstract Book.
