The Welcome Ceremony of the 12th AOEC will take place in the Ballroom on level 2 of the Prime Plaza Hotel and Convention Centre from 18:30-19:30 on Thursday 28th June. This special event will give you a chance to learn more the 12th AOEC scientific programme and the many activities of ILAE and IBE as well as about Bali and its' culture.
Following the Welcome Ceremony, all delegates are invited to join a Welcome Reception which will be held outside on level 1 at the Terang Bulan Open Stage and Gardens which is just beyond Café Komodo. This offers a perfect opportunity to catch up with friends and colleagues from the region and further afield.
